Julienne is both tomboyish and feminine. She shows a passion for accessory design and is usually the one in charge for designing what Maggie's Designer Shop is selling.
She can be temperamental at times but normally keeps a cool head. She is mature and has an older-sister personality with most, but she is also passionate and hot-blooded, causing her to clash with others due to their differences.
